Did a clean installation of Windows 8 and upgraded to Windows 8.1.
Can't connect to the Homegroup with other computers also running Windows 8 and Windows 8.1. My computer won't accept the password from other workgroup's computers.
The solution
It's very simple.
Just leave the current group and create a new one. Then join this new group and that's it.
